Rhoda Hellberg is Erwin Sikowitz's neighbor, a mean 12-year-old girl. She only appears in Robbie Sells Rex. In the episode, she kept throwing eggs at Sikowitz while he was showering. Eventually, to keep her away from juvie, Tori Vega hooked Rhoda up with Francis Thornesmith, and the two became romantically involved. She is portrayed by Mackenzie Brooke Smith.

Personality[]
Rhoda doesn't have good manners and appears to be a problem child. She has a very mean personality and doesn't like being nice, especially to her neighbor Sikowitz.
