Milly Mooney is a character who briefly appears in the episode One Thousand Berry Balls. She is the daughter of Mr. Mooney, the owner of Yotally Togurt. She got braces the day that Tori Vega worked there. After Tori and André told her dad that hideous is how kids say awesome these days, he called Milly hideous. She began to cry to which he said, "I'll buy you new hair curlers".
