With regards to the user rights discussion, you could indeed make the case for Jeminali, as she has been somewhat active lately.
However, I have noticed that there are half a dozen users on this wiki who still hold user rights in spite of the fact that they haven't edited for over a year. These users should be demoted, as there's really no need for them to have these rights if they're not going to contribute.
Of course, should they become active again, you could always just promote them anew.

Making blogs/comments to start discussions
2) The live chat is largely inactive but you can feel free to discuss the show with anyone on this wiki by leaving a message on their wall or making comments on pages. Many of us are still happy to discuss the show. I'm not aware of a discord server but there may be, and there are fans on sites like twitter/tumblr as well.
3) No petitions on the wiki but you can search them, like on change.org. It's a long shot though given that the show ended a long time ago, the cast has moved on, and Dan is not working with Nick anymore.
I suppose so. Though Ariana Grande did plead for Dan to revive the show and Dan retweeted it. Hopefully it’ll happen some day soon or perhaps not. But then again, it’s a long shot and it was worth watching it. Thanks for the advice though.
Hey Cc71! It's been a long time since we've last spoken. But anyways, I feel this thing has been going on this wiki for a few years now. A lot of users for the past few years have been posting random pages such as a page just like this one I just found. It's like the users think that posting those kind of topics on their blog pages doesn't exist. I think this has been going in for too long. Don't you think you or Babycakey or any other admin on here should make an announcement about this, since this has been going on for years? I just thought I'd let you know about it! Thanks!!!
Hi there! Yes, users have been making pages like this for a long time, which we've been deleting or moving to blogs, depending on the content of the page. There's been a recent increase in low quality posts and pages due to increased traffic to the wiki from the official TheSlap website closing and the release of Victorious on Netflix.
I don't think making an announcement will necessarily help because it's usually new users who are doing this who just make a few pages like that and then leave, but I've added a note to the welcome message to new users letting them know to create a blog for opinions rather than creating a page.
