I saw in your reply comment that you coached gymnastics. That's so cool! May I ask how old you are? Because the youngest gymnastics coach I had growing up was 24 years old so I'm just curious :) it's okay, you don't have to tell me. If it makes you feel more comfortable, I'll be 17 in two days :)
Funny, I AM 24, haha. I'm turning 25 in 3 weeks. The reason I even know about shows such as Victorious or iCarly is because the girls all talk about it and told me to watch it. I'm the only "young" female coach so that's why they tell ME all about their TV likes and frustrations ;)
I normally don't watch a lot of TV shows. Except House (which is about to end, so sad), The Amazing Race, and things like 48 Hours Mystery or NBC Crime (I have a thing for law enforcement). But as I said, my girls kept telling me "OMG Victorious is so awesome, I love it" I just HAD to see what it was about. So I watched the pilot a few months ago, followed by the bird scene, then stage fighting, and now I'm hooked haha. I feel weird, because most of the people here are under the age of 20 so I feel really old. But, who cares right? ;)
That's true! Don't worry I feel old sometimes too lol. Yeah, Victorious is a good show because it's not as cheesy as other kids shows. That's why I like it, at least :) And it's fun obssessing over ships sometimes.
I have a little sister and she loves Nick, and Disney, which means whenever she's around I get a healthy dose of tween shows. Anyway I'm 19 and feel a bit awkward watching a show meant for younger groups. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one going through this. I'm hard pressed to find someone over the age of 15 who also enjoys this show. :)
19 is not old at all. After all this show was made for kids and TEENS, and you're still a teen ;-) I'm not :p
Most adults who watch Nick shows such as iCarly or Victorious are parents of young kids/teens or teachers who watch because their student all talk about it. That's how I ended up watch these shows. I'm not a teacher OR a parent, but I'm a coach and all my athletes are young girls who LOVE iCarly and Victorious (and they're all hardcore Bade and Seddie shippers, haha, I love them).
I had so much to do today that I forgot to setup Tivo, haha. So I'm waiting for either a link or if not then iTunes. I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow (even if it's iTunes, for some reason it always takes forever to download).
My friend's party was okay. A bit boring at times, and a lot of creepy dudes with lame pick-up lines. Oh and a lot of drinking, but I don't drink so that wasn't fun for me at all. But other than that, it was fun :)
As soon as I watch it, I'll post a mini review or something.
Okay I posted a little review focusing on the Beck-Jade-Tori thing. I'm starting to think it's a bit long for a Bade page comment, but whatever, it's already there. I have more to say, but it would have been way too long.
lol there are reasons why ive stayed away from anything science related till this year. and even then, i chose easy GE classes in astronomy. many of my friends are chem or bio majors so.... go you! lol
