Kesha Rose Sebert, known professionally as Kesha, (formerly stylized as Ke$ha), is an American singer and songwriter. Kesha rose to fame with her singles, "Tik Tok" & "We R Who We R", both reaching #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Kesha guest stars in "Ice Cream for Ke$ha", where she performs her song, "Blow", at a private concert in Tori's house that Tori and the gang won in a contest where you try to find all letters in ice cream cans that spell 'Ke$ha'. The kid who gave Tori and her friends the "$" for the contest is played by Kesha's little brother, Louie Sebert.
In her appearance, Kesha plays herself. She seems to be annoyed with Trina like everybody else.
Several of her songs, all unreleased (except Blow), have been used as background music in a number of Victorious episodes.
