Frank's Cupcakes is a cupcake shop owned by Meredith's father. It was mentioned in Tori Fixes Beck and Jade. According to Beck, Meredith brings everyone cupcakes from this shop. Tori and André say that cupcakes from Frank's are really good. André also states that they have "legit cupcakes."
