Francis Thornesmith is a little boy who appears once in the series in Robbie Sells Rex. He owns a puppet called Goonter and purchases Rex from Robbie for $2,000 in this episode, which makes Robbie very upset. Francis appears to be a fan of bibble, as Cat says she can smell it when he burps. He also falls in love with Rhoda and is Mason Thornesmith's son.
