Barbara is Beck's "uncle", mentioned in A Film by Dale Squires. It is implied that Barbara is transgender, although It’s also quite possible that Barbara is just very masculine.

Trivia

Uncle Barbara might be a reference to the iCarly Penny-Tee that had the phrase "Uncle Female" on it.
